feet of retail space and municipal/private parking garages.
- Former Katharine Gibbs School Condominium Complex, Norwalk,
CT
Worked with AD Phelps organization for the design and approvals
for the 36 unit luxury condominium development at 142-144 East
Avenue. Construction to begin spring 2006.
- Millennium Business Park, Middletown, CT
Assembled 115 acres of land in Middletown, CT just off of exit
20 on Interstate 91. The project will consist of approximately
850,000 square feet of industrial space, of which 230,000 square
feet is existing with several build-to-suit projects in various
stages of approvals.
- 297 George Street, New Haven, CT
Completely remodeled a 7-story apartment building in the heart
of downtown New Haven. The improvements include repainting the
building, new windows, new HVAC units, redesigned lobby, enclosed
the garage, and elevator refurbishment.
