As principals, Michael F. DiScala & Company have formed a partnership with a Midwest life insurance company. Through this arrangement, it will allow us to enter into contracts to purchase property with 30 to 45 day due diligence and on an all cash transaction with no mortgage contingencies.


Our criteria for purchases are as follows:

  • Distribution Facilities

  • Value-added industrial distribution properties

  • Geographic location can be anywhere in the United States

  • Price range preferably $2,000,000 minimum per transaction. No maximum.

  • Prefer partially occupied buildings

  • Immediate market should have a minimum of 5,000,000 square feet of industrial buildings within a five mile radius.

  • We are principals, not brokers. We do not share in your commission.
